Shrimp Alfredo with Asparagus

When you are looking around in the refrigerator just trying to figure out what to cook, it is so much fun to just throw together something unexpected and have it come out to be a keeper recipe.
Well that is exactly what happened here. I found parmesan cheese, Shrimp, heavy cream and the idea started to form. Of course, it really doesn't take much convincing to get me to make a pasta dish. Italian is so delicious.
I bought two loaves of french bread, melted a stick of butter and chopped two gloves of garlic. Split the loaves open, pour on the butter and garlic, sprinkle on some parmesan cheese and baked it in the oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. It was such a nice touch.
Amazing. Woo Hoo
