Fluffy Blueberry Pancakes

I am not a huge pancake fan, I much prefer to eat French toast. So when I thought of doing a recipe for pancakes I wanted to incorporate what I do like when I eat them.
I like them to be a little sweet and I like them to not be flat like a pancake (ha ha) but to be a fluffy pancake. So this is what I came up with.
It fits everything I describe as a pancake and I hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 egg
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup of blueberries
Directions
1. Combine milk with vinegar in a medium bowl and set aside for 5 minutes to "sour".
2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Whisk egg and butter into "soured" milk. Pour the flour mixture into the wet ingredients and whisk until lumps are gone. Add the blueberries.
3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, and coat with cooking spray if your pan tends to stick, otherwise I do not spray my pan. Pour 1/4 cupfuls of batter onto the skillet, and cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip with a spatula, and cook until browned on the other side.
Blueberries can be left out without modifying the recipe.
