Beef and Broccoli

One of my favorite dishes in a Chinese restaurant is Beef and Broccoli. I also love Mongolian beef and pepper steak. I have not tried to duplicate them but I will do that soon.
It seems you can never go wrong ordering beef and broccoli this is why I tried it first. I was inspired by many cooking sites and read all their ingredients and directions. I just took a little bit from each added my own special flare and this is what I came up with. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
I am still in the learning stage on taking awesome pictures, so bear with me on that one. Trust me the dishes I am presenting taste amazing.
